To be able to proactively identify opportunities for negotiations, for better pricing or contractual terms
To benchmark existing prices against historical or external market price
To perform basic spend analytics in order to identify best available market price for the ongoing project.
To support with tools/knowledge & expertise other junior team members during ad hoc tactical sourcing negotiations
To liaise with the customers to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame
To rate and manage performance of suppliers and to ensure supplier performance of negotiated contracts
To negotiate and conclude those negotiations into standard frameworks/contracts

To ensure that the purchased services are delivered as per the contractual agreement (SLA, KPI, etc)
To ensure that appropriate other functions/organizations support the sourcing strategy and resource its execution.
To carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales
To proactively engage into internal initiatives with the purpose of increasing knowledge & expertise on specific commodities or sourcing related activities
It will be an individual contributor role

Requirements
University graduate
Previous Procurement experience
Previous experience of at least 7+ years in Tactical/Strategic negotiations (it can be purchasing or sales)
Excellent negotiation skills
Good Analytical / Commercial Skills, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Need to be strong team player
Excellent communication skills will be required as the person will have to communicate with suppliers all over the world
Contract negotiation/management skills
Should be excellent in Excel in addition to having good working knowledge of MS Word and Power Point
English language capability to proficiency level
Good category knowledge for at least one commodity (e.g. IT, Telecom, Marketing & Advertisement, Facility services, Professional services, Print, Mail & Postage)
Proven category expertise (Has completed at least one moderately complex sourcing strategy or 2-3 basic sourcing strategies which brought measurably improved results)
